PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Uber recently acquired Jump. Public bike users do not know they need to use the UBER app to access the bikes. Public bike users do not know Jump bikes are motorized.
SOLUTION STATEMENT
Create a campaign to integrate Jump Bikes into the Uber brand identity system. It should inform users Jump they need to use the UBER app to ride the bikes. Finally, promote the bikes being electric.
COVER DECALS
Cover decals depicting engines inform users Uberbikes are motorized.
COMPETITOR BIKE DOCK STICKERS
The addition of stickers at bike docks allow users who are planning to use a bike they will reach their destination faster using UberBike.
APP EXTENSION - TIME STAMPS
Time stamps allow the Uber users to know which uber option (car, scooter or bike) will get them to their destination faster.

Uber rewards are a great way to increase traffic and business transactions within the app. To encourage the use of bikes both for health and environmental factors, Uber will implement a reward system where the miles pedaled will translate to Uber points redeemable in UberEats. This encourages users to repeat purchase within the app as well as redirecting them to another Uber product.
